Consultation is by appointment. Urgent cases will be seen on the day.

requires an urgent appointment.

Tuesday & Thursday: 8.30am – 7.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

Should you wish to change an appointment, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so that other patients can be offered your time.
A $50 non-rebatable fee may apply if you miss a confirmed appointment, without adequate notice. The same fee may apply if you do not attend more than three appointments without notice.

Despite our best intentions, we sometimes run late! This is because someone has needed unexpected urgent attention. Be assured that when your turn comes, we will not rush to catch up but will give your problem the time it deserves.
Please ring half an hour before your appointment to check if the doctor is on time.

Home Visits
Where safe and reasonable, our practice offers home, aged and residential care or hospital visits within and outside of normal working hours. Home visits are only offered to patients who are too ill to attend the clinic. They must:
Dr Lindenmayer provides all after hours care for patients outside of normal opening hours. For all appointments, in hours and after hours, call 039754 3999. A $60 out-of-pocket fee applies to all home visits.

- Your preferred doctor
You will be offered the first available appointment with your doctor of choice but if they are fully booked, and you consider the matter urgent, you will be offered an appointment with one of our doctors who has a vacancy
- If you require a standard appointment - 5 to 20 minutes.
- If you have a few issues to discuss with your doctor requiring a long appointment - 20 to 40 minutes.
- If you think that another family member may also require a consultation. Fitting 2 patients into a single appointment time is why we are often running late. Your doctor is the best person to decide whether or not to see the unbooked patient.

- be patients of our practice
