BILLING CHANGES - JULY 1ST 2022
From July 1st 2022, Selby Family Clinic will be increasing our private billing fees across all appointment types. This increase has been a difficult decision for the practice but is necessary if we wish to continue operating. Detailed information, including our updated fee schedule, can be found by clicking here.

TELEHEALTH FEES
Telehealth consults will incur a private fee equivalent to a face to face consultation unless you are eligible to be bulk billed in line with our Billing Policy or after discussion with your Doctor.

WE ARE STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS
But it's not quite business as usual.

Below is a list of changes currently in place in our clinic to keep you and our team safe:
  • Scan the QR code to check-in upon entering our waiting area.
  • Our waiting room is restricted access due to social distancing requirements.
  • You can book on "Hotdoc" (the green booking button above) or by contacting reception for BOTH telephone and in person appointments.
  • Patients seen in person at the Clinic, will be asked to remain in their cars on arrival and call reception to check in. All patients will be asked a series of screening questions and then asked to wait in the car until the doctor is ready for them.
  • You must wear a mask to be allowed to enter the clinic.

NOTE: When you arrive, if you have no mobile phone, please knock on the door and a staff member  will come to you as you may not enter the clinic until checked.
