Recalls:
We have a recall system for abnormal pathology and X-ray results. Please ensure we always have your up to date contact details. However, we also believe that patients are ultimately in control of and responsible for their health. It is best to re-book to see your doctor again to discuss results. You may also phone the nurse for results after 11.00am Monday to Friday.

Reminders:
We offer a reminder system for Pap Smears, Immunisations, Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments. Please advise your Doctor if you choose not to be part of our reminder system.

Learning:
We are privileged to have G.P Registrars. These doctors are here as part of their final post graduate experience and are with us 6-12 months. They often have years of hospital or other specialist training behind them but may seek advice from the other doctors and we all learn. Additionally Medical Students and nursing students come to us from Universities of Melbourne, Deakin and Monash as they learn about general practice. During their time at our practice if you consent, they will observe consultations, interview and examine patients under the supervision of your doctor. The reception staff will ask you if you are happy for a student to involved in your consultation and you are not at all pressured to do so.
