FEES
We request that your consultation is paid in full at the time of your visit, by cash, cheque, eftpos or credit card. Our current charges are displayed at reception. Please note that we are not a bulk billing clinic. Each doctors is an individual consultant and are at liberty to set their own fees that may differ.

Changing Appointments: Should you wish to change an appointment, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so that other patients can be offered your time. A non-rebatable fee will apply if you miss a confirmed appointment, without adequate notice.

HotDoc Online Payments
Some appointment types will require online payment via HotDoc. Your credit card details will be required to secure your appointment and charged at the completed on your consultation.

- Pensioners: Doctors may charge a discounted fee for Pensioners (not holders of Commonwealth Senior Cards), depending on the length of the consult.
- DVA Gold Cards: DVA Gold Card holders will have services paid by DVA.
- Children Under 16 & Health Care Card Holders: Doctor's no longer routinely Bulk Bill children under 16 or Health Care Card Holders, some doctors may charge a discount fee, depending on the length of the consultation.
- Non Concession: Payment in FULL is expected on the day of consultation. In cases of financial hardship, we will accept gap only payments
- Saturday clinic: Saturday appointments incur an additional charge.
Scripts:
- A fee of $25.00 applies for all scripts when repeat ongoing scripts are given without seeing the doctor.
- Alternatively you can have a quick script appointment with a doctor just to obtain your repeat ongoing script and this may be bulk billed. Script requests require 24 hours notice and we advise you to ring before collecting the script. These are for long term scripts that you may have forgotten when you saw your doctor and not for antibiotics, pain killers nor sedatives.
Procedures:
A fee between $90-300 out of pocket applies for use of the treatment room for procedures such as removal of foreign body, skin lesions, IUD, suturing etc. This gap is dependent on the procedure so please ensure you discuss with your doctor before the procedure. This fee is to cover the costs of equipment, sutures, dressing , sterilizing and doctor and nurse's time.
Overdue Accounts:
If your account is overdue for more than 30 days, please advise us of the delay, otherwise you will be asked to pay in full for future consultations. As we are now linked to Easyclaims, your refund is available immediately into your EFTPOS account or via HIC On-Line deposited to the account registered with Medicare within 1-2 days. Medicare cheques are only issued to the Doctor for unpaid accounts, usually within 21 days of consultation. If you haven’t received our cheque within this time, it is your responsibility to contact Medicare.
