Dr Jade Chan
We are excited to welcome Jade Chan as our G.P registrar until the end of January 2025 and she plans to return to us from August 2025 .
Dr Jade Chan graduated from the University of Melbourne Medical School, and has since worked at Eastern Health and Western Health. She is currently completing her Certificate of Women’s Health.
Outside of medicine she enjoys sewing, nature walks and spending time with her loved ones.
